Annika has a background in cognitive science and human factors, and applies this to her work in research for ADAS/AD software by incorporating the limitations and possibilities in human-system collaboration and teaming. For many years, her research has focused on driver-vehicle collaboration, to enable setting high-level requirements for safety and collaboration with the vehicle. She is also closely following regulatory and rating activities pertaining to vehicle assistance and automation as part of her role.
