Rebecca is a behavioural psychologist and researcher whose work includes understanding human behaviour to improve the design of transport systems and developing accurate mental models to ensure safe use and interaction with AVs. She uses innovative research methods and behavioural science to understand the needs and concerns of transport users and embed these into the development of automated transport systems. Her work builds the evidence that enables the development of the most relevant interventions including policies, regulations and standards.
